Marree 14-day return policy

At Marree, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Marree accepts returns up to 14 days after receiving your item. You must contact us to get a Return Authorization number (RA#) and send the parcel back within 14 days. Any parcels posted after 14 days will be rejected. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with their original tags attached. 

As a small business, we need to be vigilant about the condition of returned pieces. We reserve the right to refuse returns if any items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition i.e. items are stained, washed, worn, or have odors. 

Returns received that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your returned piece, we will email you to see if you want to exchange or be granted store credit. 

Store Credit

You will be given a special code for store credit for the purchase price. This store credit does not expire and is transferrable.

Initiating a Return

📦 Please examine the contents of your order upon arrival and let us know right away if you need to return something for any reason. You have 14 days from receiving your item to get an RA# (Return Authorization Number). After 14 days no returns or refunds are possible. To get an RA#, email us at jenny(at)marree.co. Please do not send merchandise back without an RA#. Merchandise sent back without an RA# will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. Please use a reliable shipping method such as Fed ex, UPS or USPS with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

Please be aware that returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.
Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

If the return is approved, we will reach out to see if you want an exchange or to receive store credit.

FAQ

What can't I return?

Washed, worn, stained, or damaged pieces (originally defective pieces may be returned).
Items marked as FINAL SALE are non-returnable for a refund.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

What is your return policy for international orders?

Email us at jenny(at)marree.co. We will issue you an RA#. Once submitted, drop off your returned item(s) at your local carrier. Please note that Marree does not offer international return shipping or cover shipping fees for exchanges at this time.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after the delivery date. You have the option to exchange for a different size or shop our store for something else. If the piece you select is less than your exchange price, you will be given store credit in the form of a special code. If the piece you select is more than the exchanged piece, you will be sent an invoice for the balance. We will ship the piece once you pay the invoice.

How do I make an exchange? 

Contact us via email for an RA#, see above. Once you receive your RA#, ship the original piece back to us via Fed ex, UPS or USPS. You are responsible for shipping charges. Your exchanged piece must be unwashed, unworn, with no marks or dirt and with their original tags attached. If we find that the garment does not meet our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse it. Once we inspect the piece, we will email you to ask what you want in exchange. We will not charge you for shipping out the exchanged piece.

Make sure to ship your returns out within 14 days of submitting your exchange request via Fed ex, UPS or USPS.

Can I exchange an item in my order for something completely different?
Absolutely! We offer the ability to shop our full store if you’d like to exchange your item for something else. 🪄✨

How do I return or exchange a gift?

We won’t tell ;) Just send us an email and we'll start the process for an exchange or store credit.

When will my return be processed?

Once your package has been delivered to us by USPS, normal processing time is 5-7 business days.

Can I try on a Marree piece before I buy?

If you’re in the Bay Area—yes! Email us to set up an in-person try-ons and shopping appointment. 💖

What should I do if I want to cancel or edit my order?


If you would like to change or cancel your order after making a purchase, please email us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
