Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders $125.00 and up. Flat rate shipping $7.95.
We ship via USPS First Class or UPS unless otherwise requested. Holiday shipping is within 3 days if possible.
Most pieces are made to order. Made-to-order usually ships between 2 - 3 weeks. If an item is Ready To Ship, those will ship in 2 - 4 days.
If you have an urgent need, please reach out via email. We will try to help you as much as possible.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed but must be received within 14 days of customer receipt. Item must be unworn and have tags still attached. Exchanges for size or color for the same piece are allowed.
Return Policy
Returns are allowed for store credit only. This store credit does not expire. Item must be unworn and have tags still attached.
Initiate an Exchange or Return
To initiate an exchange or return, email us at jenny@marree.co for address and Return Authorization number, stating your needs. Ship to us via Fedex, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We will email back when received.
